Audio Visual Services
AV for Meetings and Conferences
Throughout your event at the Tifton Campus Conference Center, our professional staff can take care of all your Conference requirements. Please review our list of equipment and services and contact your Event Coordinator for assistance. Rental items are charged per room, per day, and include an AV technician to set/strike in each meeting room.
If your event requires an audio-visual specialist on hand, you must schedule at least two weeks in advance.
All equipment pricing includes initial set up test and labor. All orders are subject to appropriate facility service charges. Additional charges will apply if selected AV needs are changed within 24 hours from start of event. Additional labor charges will apply to more complicated requirements.
