AV for Meetings and Conferences

Throughout your event at the Tifton Campus Conference Center, our professional staff can take care of all your Conference requirements. Please review our list of equipment and services and contact your Event Coordinator for assistance. Rental items are charged per room, per day, and include an AV technician to set/strike in each meeting room. 

If your event requires an audio-visual specialist on hand, you must schedule at least two weeks in advance. 

All equipment pricing includes initial set up test and labor. All orders are subject to appropriate facility service charges. Additional charges will apply if selected AV needs are changed within 24 hours from start of event. Additional labor charges will apply to more complicated requirements.

Audio Visual Packages

• Standard AV Package (Meeting Rooms 1-10)  $125 per room/day
  • Hi-Def LED TV, HOM/ Cable, 4 Built in Speakers, Power Cabling and Connection, Audio Connection for Laptop, Podium
• Standard AV Package + Sound (Meeting Rooms 1-10) $225 per room/day
  • 1 Powered Speaker with Stand, AV Cart with 4-Channel Mixer and 1 Wireless Handheld Microphone 
• Standard AV Package (Ballrooms, Meeting Rooms 14 and 19, Boardroom)  $125 per room/day
  • LCD Projector and Screen, HOM/ Cable and Connection, Built in Speakers, Power Cabling, Standard Setup
• Standard AV Package+ Sound (Ballrooms, Meeting Rooms 14 and 19, Boardroom)  $250 per room/day
  • 4-Channel Mixer, Wireless Handheld Microphone, Audio Connection for Laptop, AV Cart
• Small Auditorium Package  $300 per room/day
  • LCD Projector Screen, Audio Connection for Laptop, Digital Display Podium, 32-Channel Mixer, 4 Wireless Systems {Handheld or Lavalier), Standard Setup (technician to set/strike)
• Large Auditorium Package  $500 per room/day
  • LCD Projector Screen, Audio Connection for Laptop, 32-Channel Mixer, 4 Wireless Systems (Handheld or Lavalier), Standard Setup (technician to set/strike)
• Portable Sound System Package $200 per room/day
  • 2 Powered Speaker with Stand, Wireless Handheld or Lavalier Microphone, Powered Mixer
• Video Conferencing $200 per hour
  • 4 Hour Minimum
• Live Stream Package $600
  • Live Streaming 1080 HD Camera/Video Mixing with Audio, Capability to send to different platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Zoom, etc.)
